ORLANDO - The happiest place on earth (last night)

Ahhhh....Orlando.....so we moved from Orlando to Canonsburg, PA back at the end of 2007. It went like this...go to Hollywood, FL Awakening concert, return to Orlando and host DVD release party at the Hard Rock, get in car and drive the Kid to PA, spend Thanksgiving with the Kid and the Love of my Life, attend new companies christmas party, get back from party and get in car and head back to Orlando, pack up house, meet movers, pack up 2 Sun Conures and the Chihuahua and head back to PA again...for the last time. Did you know that you can listen to all of Melissa's CD's in order, TWICE, during that drive? I wonder how many times you can listen to Lucky Live and Philip Sayce "Peace Machine" on a cross country drive? Hmmm....gonna have to ask Camille LOL.

During the 2006 Summer Tour the Kid and I were able to attend 13 shows (the Kid was at 12 of them with me and on the phone for the other 1) She wasn’t supposed to go to the Orlando show with us since my 2nd ticket was going to be used by my Love, but I scored her a 4th row ticket at the last minute!...it would be my Love's 1st MLE concert...I think it will also be her last...atleast in the Fan Club seats....she enjoys Melissa's music, listens to all her cd's on her iPod and in the car...but the whole concert experience...well...she just doesn’t get it....but she does love sending us to the concerts, and even gave us a travel package this tour (see you in TORONTO!) And thanks to the Kid she even got a call from the stage in 2006....read all about our 2006 trip from the Kid's point of view at KodaBear's View from the Cheap Seats Orlando 2006 was our last show...and to have missed this one was killing me last night...got one call from a friend at the concert, so a small listen to "Nowhere To Go" to hold me over....hmmmm....now that I think about it...I had nowhere to go last night!

So onto what you are probably really here for...the setlist insights.....well I added the Orlando setlist to my spreadsheet (yes I am an Excel geek) and from here on during the tour I will not include the HI setlist in my calculations...unless I specify otherwise....

There are 20 songs that were played in a specific sequence at both the Clearwater and Orlando concerts...with other songs intermingled. The setlists at this point seem to take this format:

as a side note...if you attended the Clearwater concerts in both 2006 and 2008 you also heard I Take You With Me, Don't You Need and Lucky at both shows...along with 7 of the core songs (pre-Awakening songs) but if you attended the Orlando concerts in 2006 and 2008 all songs were different except for 6 core songs (pre Awakening).

OooooooOOooooooohhhh....I just thought of another way to look at some of the analysis.....more to come....gotta go format a new spreadsheet page! YAY! <-----imagine geek jumping up and down with excitement LOL
