Figuring out what might be played at an upcoming show is not easy....just when a pattern appears it is quick to disappear as well....it's fun to try and gives me something to do and keeps me off the streets LOL.....but it seems the only way to figure out how songs are picked is to get inside Melissa's head....but alas my "scout" was apprehended and thrown back into the audiance - watch video here so I will just have to keep plugging away here and report the trends instead of predicting the future LOL
Early in the tour Melissa had caught a cold....some would say she "caught a bug"....would that be called "turning a phrase" or a premonition?
Hyannis is a two show stop so I will save my more in depth report till after tonights show. That being said - the 1st show consisted of a 26 song setlist (27 if you count the snippet of Three Dog Night's "Mama, Told Me Not to Come"), there were no tour premiers, however....viewing the video's and reading the reviews of this show it appears that it was one of the funnest, most interactive shows so far! I am sure that those there right now are having a grand time!
Sorry this one is so short....the good news is after driving a total of about 150 miles today....visiting 3 different appliance stores....we WILL have a new washer on Friday...yes I told them that was a holiday but they swore they will deliver it that day anyways....here's hoping so...we are running outta clean....ummmm....socks.....lol
